All products are made to order. This means your order will go through a production process before it is shipped.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery times are:

- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 5–15 business days

Shipping Delays

Tracking Information
Tracking is available for most orders.
If tracking is included with your shipment, you will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

We may be able to update your order before it enters production.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@realloopytv.com.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours, household members, or your local delivery office before contacting us.
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Split Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product type, stock availability, or fulfilment location.
If this happens, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
