Welcome to the RealLoopyTV Official Store.

All items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement item
  • A refund to your original payment method

Size Exchanges

Please check the sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the item received does not match the size ordered.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • Other household members
  • Neighbors
  • Your local delivery office

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address before production begins.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Since products are made to order, once production has started we cannot cancel or change the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order clothing
  • Hats and accessories
  • Posters and wall art
  • Mugs, drinkware, and home products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
